License

The Diagoran program is licensed to you as an electronic edition of published material protected by © Copyright 2006 DiligentInvestor, patent pending, ISBN 0-9777932-0-6. The program is encrypted, and will not operate correctly unless its physical security key is plugged into a USB port on your computer. If you lose the key, you would need to repurchase the entire package.

The Diagoran program is licensed for non-commercial purposes and your fair uses, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. This program contains intellectual property proprietary to DiligentInvestor that may not be reproduced, published or disclosed to others without prior authorization. Operation of this program is considered a performance of a protected work, so the screen displays and the text output files may not be shown to others for hire or used by anyone but an original purchaser and immediate family.

Warning

DiligentInvestor does not recommend the sale or purchase of any stocks and makes no warranty that results of operation of the Diagoran program have any bearing on future performance of your stocks or portfolios. You can lose money when trading stocks. If you do not have some experience with investing in stocks, you should not use the Diagoran program. All risk is yours alone, without remedy, beyond recovery of the cost of the package should it fail.

Return Policy

If the Diagoran program fails, please make contact with DiligentInvestor Technical Support. If Technical Support is unable to help, please mail the CD-R and USB key in the original case to DiligentInvestor, Post Office Box 903, Monterey, CA 93942-0903, with your name and address . The return postmark must be no more than two months later than the postmark on the original shipment to you. You then will receive a refund of the amount you paid, not including shipping, by check mailed through the US Post Office.

Technical Support

Customers who have purchased the Diagoran program can obtain free service from Technical Support for up to three years after the postmarked date of shipment by calling 1-800-990-9078, toll-free from anywhere in the US. As an alternative, you may send your e-mail messages to Technical.Support at DiligentInvestor.com and expect a response within 24 hours.
