3. Settings

The same numerical measurements as in Diagoran® 2006 indicate whether a stock has significant cyclical behavior or if a recent market close is significantly high, low or on-trend. You may set filters for the chart clicks to see any combination of cyclical and recent market close settings. No such filter applies to typing a ticker symbol into the list box, next. See Report for definitions.

Symbol?

Type into the list box the one to five characters of the ticker symbol that you would use to trade a stock. Then click the Submit button or press the Enter key on your keyboard to see that stock picked out on the Scatterplot Chart on the right, and see its report on the left. The result does not depend upon the two filter settings.

Seasonal?

Select a radio button to filter the chart and show the stocks with both cyclical and with non-cyclical behavior (default), or only those with cyclical behavior or only those without cyclical behavior.

Recent market close?

Highlight an item on the drop-down list to filter the chart and show stocks with the last close behavior you want. These include all combinations of last high, last low or last on-trend.

After you click Submit or press Enter for any selection of these filter settings, the chart will show only those stocks with your choice of behavior. When you click on the chart, the screener selects from and reports on one of those stocks only.

Restart

Clicking on this button takes you back to the original settings and introductory screen.
